Any downloaded or printed copies must retain their original form without any alteration. The right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content is expressly prohibited. Access to the website indicates acceptance of these terms.

3. The user, by accessing the website, agrees to these terms. If accessing on behalf of an employer, the user confirms they have the authority to bind their employer to these terms.

1. The Cayman Islands Government accepts Visa and Mastercard and you can use a debit or credit card issued anywhere in the world for online payment.

2. When you pay for your document request(s) online, your card information will be received by the payment processing gateway Service Provider. The Cayman Islands Government will not collect or retain any card information.

3. You will be issued a receipt for any transaction and it will be attached with your request.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

1. L&S, as a Government Department, protects your personal data. We don't sell or rent your data except:

Transaction Security

1. The user is prohibited from using the data or databases for soliciting others, including for marketing or telemarketing purposes. The user is also forbidden from aggregating data for any purpose.

2. All data and databases are the exclusive property of the Cayman Islands Government. The user is granted a non-exclusive right to access and use the data, without any claims to ownership or proprietary rights to the content on the site.

3. Users may view, download, and print content from the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use.
